Szczerski also said that Duda is expected to take part in a number of discussion panels, including one about Central and Eastern Europe's role in global politics, economy and security, and another about the Middle East, which will also be attended by leaders from that region.

Duda is also expected to take part in discussions about China's ambitious One Belt, One Road project to connect Asia and Europe – in which Szczerski said Poland can play a key role – and about the Three Seas Initiative, the Polish president's plan to build infrastructure links between countries near the Baltic, Adriatic and Black seas.
