Authorities confiscated heroin with an estimated street value of PLN 200,000 (around EUR 46,000, USD 53,000) at Warsaw’s Chopin Airport, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported on Thursday.

The drug was found in a false-bottom suitcase belonging to a 26-year-old Congolese woman who was travelling to Poland from Madagascar, according to IAR.

The woman has been detained for three months. She faces a prison term of no less than three years, the news agency said.
