Residential building collapses in Poland

Fire fighter Tomasz Grabczewski said the fire department received reports of two explosions and found half of a new, three-storey building had collapsed when they arrived at the scene.

The building was uninhabited, as construction had just finished, and there have been no reports that someone could have been injured.

But rescue dogs are scanning the 600 square metre area. (vb/pk)
