Conman detained in Poland

A man suspected of conning some 120 people in online auctions has heen detained by police in Poland.

Police spokesman Rafał Prokopczyk said the man sold pharmaceuticals online but sent buyers medicines intended for other purposes than what had been ordered, allegedly making PLN 42,000 (EUR 9,700) in the process.

The 35-year-old faces up to eight years in jail.
