The visit, which marks the 40th anniversary of the election of Polish cardinal Karol Wojtyła as the leader of the Roman Catholic Church, will include an audience with Pope Francis.
The Polish presidential couple will also attend a Mass at the tomb of Saint John Paul II, who was the first non-Italian pope in over 450 years.
John Paul II died in 2005 after a pontificate lasting 28 years. He was canonized in 2014.
